FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer)

FRP reinforcement provides a strong, corrosion-resistant solution for selected infrastructure and structural applications. HelpCon supports FRP reinforcement works for headwalls, footpaths, spoon drains, and related civil packages where durability and service life are priorities. Our role is to help teams install reinforcement correctly, coordinate interfaces, and maintain quality controls that protect the design outcome.

FRP has different handling and installation considerations compared to traditional steel reinforcement. We manage storage and handling to prevent damage, maintain correct spacing and cover, and coordinate fixings and ties appropriate to the system. We work with site supervision to align the installation with drawings and specifications, and we support pre-pour checks so reinforcement condition and placement are verified before concrete placement.

On civil projects, timing matters. We help coordinate around drainage flows, weather exposure, and access constraints so reinforcement and pours happen efficiently. Where required, we support compliance documentation and reporting so the installation and inspection process is clear. The result is a reinforcement solution that is installed neatly, protected during the build, and ready for long-term performance.
